Over the past several weeks my sleep has gone down hill considerably due to neck, shoulder, and back pain. In fact, as they say in the classic movie "The Princess Bride" I've been mostly dead all day. Tonight I sat in a massage chair and it was incredible! I sure hope I sleep well tonight! I have had too many bad nights lately. I will say one thing; I did notice a remarkable increase in energy after the massage. It was kind of like when I went to Taiwan a few years ago and had a Shiatsu massage every morning for 2-weeks. At that time we only knew I had CFS (?Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?) and did not know about my ortho-static hypotension or fibromyalgia.
