Yesterday I was able to try a Neox massage chair and it was very nice. The only problem was the massage rollers never reached my neck, which is a common problem with other chairs. Not being able to massage my neck is a huge dissapointment, because my neck is a great source of pain. This should not be an issue for most users because my torso is very long. In fact I have a friend who is 6'5" and even though he is 3-inches taller than me while seated I sit probably 3-4 inches taller. Though this chair did not offer me much neck relief, this chair has a wonderful action for the back. The kneading motion is one of the best I've tried. For a shorter person this chair would be wonderful.
